Dr. Christian Sewordor Mensah is a transformative leader with extensive expertise in agribusiness, sustainability, and skills development. As the Acting CEO of Agribusiness Forum Ghana, an initiative under GIRSAL, he drives sustainable agricultural investment and de-risking strategies across national value chains.
He serves as Executive Director of the African Center for Business Incubation, CEO of Shavan Resources Africa Limited, and Secretary of the Ghana Agricultural Sector Skills Body (ASSB) under CTVET, where he leads governance and policy efforts to advance agribusiness education and workforce development.
Dr. Mensah is also Co-Chair of the International Conference on ESG and Sustainable Development of Africa (ICESDA) and an Adjunct Lecturer at Accra Metropolitan University, where he teaches sustainability, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
With a Doctorate in Social Entrepreneurship, a Master’s in Agribusiness Skills Development, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, he blends academic excellence with practical leadership experience.
Recognized for his impact, Dr. Mensah has collaborated with global organizations including UNESCO, GIZ, FAO, and ILO, and has worked with over 300 SMEs to strengthen Ghana’s agricultural value chains. Guided by his principle, “Prepare to be preferred,” he remains committed to driving sustainable growth and empowering communities.
